    Because you are only able to utilize your Eldritch Smite if you have successfully scored a Critical Hit. Because they are dice, it is correct that they are multiplied in the same manner as the Sneak Attack.

    Similar to how the Divine Smite ability of the Paladins and several of the Battle Master tactics work. Eldritch Smite deals damage that cannot be saved against. It just happens.

    Only the spell slots available to a warlock after successfully completing Pact Magic can be used to cast Eldritch Smite.

    Divine Smite can be announced at any time before rolling the damage dice, and when it is, ALL of the dice that are thrown for that attack become multiplied by two (edit: IF its a critical hit). However, due to the fact that it is a critical hit, you must reroll each damage die and then utilize both of the results.

    Yep. Yes. Have fun with all of your critical hits! Although this is true, it is important to keep in mind that while Divine Smite can now use any kind of spell slot, to the best of my knowledge, Eldritch Smite still only specifically works with the spell slots available to Warlocks (since they dont stack with other class slots when multiclassing anyway).

    Can mage hand steal weapons?

    No. It is stated in the primary text of Mage Hand that it has the ability to manipulate an object, open a door or container that is unlocked, store or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents of a vial. The Mage Hand is not a weapon and cannot be used to make attacks, hence this option is not viable.
