We’re introducing World of Warcraft Communities, a new feature that will let you establish, manage, and join different groups of friends and family, with the Battle for Azeroth pre-patch.
How do Wow communities work?
Characters of the same faction from any realm in your region are welcome to join the communities you construct. To invite people to your freshly formed community, you can either personally invite them, give them a code, or email them an invitation link.
How do you link a guild to a macro?
Launch Macro. Enable Guild. Select Invite Member (located in Chat tab) Back in the macro window, place the cursor, then shift + click on Link Post in Chat. At this point, your macro should read: /cast [Guild: YOUR GUILD]. You can omit the /cast component and use the chat channel instead of the link’s surrounding /1, /2 characters.
