    When a monk reaches level 5, they achieve the pinnacle of their offensive capability, which remains practically unaltered until level 17, when they have a chance to gain an additional 1 damage each attack as well as a possible offensive ability. Therefore, from level 5 all the way up to level 17, they don’t alter much at all, gaining various protective qualities while maintaining the same amount of damage.
